✅ Return Window
-> You may request a return or refund within 21 days of delivery.
-> If more than 21 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

❌ Non-Returnable Items
Please note, customized or personalized pieces, including engraved jewelry, cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are made uniquely for you and are non-refundable.

📦 Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

-> The item must be unused and in its original condition
-> Must be returned in the original packaging
-> All original documents (certificates, etc.) must be included

💳 Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 1–2 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.

⏳ Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund is delayed:

-> Double-check your bank account or card statement
-> Contact your credit card company (it may take a few days to post)
-> Then check with your bank

🔁 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, email us at siyagemsandjewellery@gmail.com.
We’ll provide you with the return shipping address upon approval.

🎁 Gifts
-> If your item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, we’ll issue you a gift credit for the returned value.
-> If it was not marked as a gift or the buyer had it shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

🚚 Return Shipping
-> You are responsible for return shipping costs. These are non-refundable.
-> If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your total.
-> Please email us before shipping anything back. We will provide the correct return address.

📦 For items over $200, we recommend using a trackable service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt without tracking.
